Trustworthy and true to their promise

Initially I was skeptical about this retail when came to hello peter with only 5 star rating , I thought this was a **** reviews why only 5 stars? I also subjected their website against **** Detector validator and the the scoring was poor at 8.7% out of 100% , but I went ahead and place an order being doubting Thomas , but I was impressed with service , I ordered air -Jordan sneakers and it was delivered in time , courier company did let me know in advance that they will be delivering on the day of delivery , the sneakers was the way it was described on their website , the Cons: After placing an order online there was no acknowledgement of my order i.e I did not receive an email to confirm me that they have received my order , order number was not conformed via email as well so it was hard to do follow up without reference number , but upon contacting the retailer via WhatsApp they track the order number via my email address used when I placed an order , I was also provided with courier company that will deliver my items ordered , so automated response upon placing an order can be improved trust to avoid panic from the side of the customer , hence I scored them 4 instead of 5 star due to poor communication upon placing an order,
