HORRIBLE customer service!!

Would not recommend!! I wanted to return the shoes I bought online. After little to no responds to my emails I finally returned my shoes with an independent courier company. They said they will send me a voucher since they do no refunds. Its been more than a month and I have not received any voucher. VERY DISSAPOINTING!
