Amazing service. We bought 7 or 8 very comfortable chairs a year or two ago. The backs on two of them cracked. A email resulted in a phone call from Khwezi and within a day or two the chairs were collected by Mr E (Elia), repaired and returned to us. Nice to know there are still companies that care.
