No after sale service / Poor customer service

We bought a very expensive trolley schoolbag from them in June 2022. When I contacted them via telephone and email on 3 of November 2022 they were less than helpful. Luckily I had my proof of purchase and warranty card. I am disgusted with the customer care. Angels supplier replaced it which should have been done through this Angels shop. Per telephone, Angels said they do not replace trolleys as the kids damage the wheels and handles 1. This was not the case, the wheel bracket broke off (otherwise the supplier would not have replace it) 2. Mention this to your customers when they purchase items worth thousands of Rands from you. 3. I emailed pictures of the trolley suitcase and have not had any response.
