Horrible experience for an overnight stay

What a terrible experience. I booked through Agoda and looked at the various rooms on offer. I found that room 2 had a bath but none of the other rooms had a bath, a bath is critical to us as my wife is disabled and cannot stand in a shower and get her foot wet. Having booked room 2 and receiving confirmation of the date in writing I was happy we had found something we could use. We were told just before arriving that we had been moved to room 5, this room only has a shower and no bath. I queried this with the owner and was told that I did not make a special request for a bath, so it was my fault. I don't know how it's my fault when I booked a specific room and had that specific room confirmed. The move from room 2 to 5 was done without consultation with me either. This is not acceptable. furthermore, the owner would only communicate with me on the phone, I never saw her face to face even though I had a significant complaint.

Now to the room we were left in, the entrance door lock was broken, and we could not lock or secure the room, and this in a statistically high crime rate area, I hardly slept as I was worried for my family's safety. This after having driven for 10 hours and was facing another 5 hour trip the next day. The toilet seat had not been attached properly to the toilet bowl it was hanging over to one side and wobbled if you tried to sit on it, not great for someone that is disabled and can't steady themselves due to a damaged foot. Outside the room against the side wall of the unit, it looked like a s**** yard, s**** metal and other junk was piled up against the wall. the perfect breeding place for rats and other vermin. This place claims to have a 4 star rating but I doubt this very much based on what i experienced.
