Stinking attitude!!!

We were at the Angelo's at the Port Elizabeth beach front for a quick take-away on a quiet Sunday afternoon. We had a problem with our drinks(what we were served was not what was described on the menu) and asked our waiter to rectify our problem for us.. He started rolling his eyes and giving us attitude. We then requested his manager hoping that he would maybe solve our problem for us - he also came with his own stinking attitude and started ignoring us at some point - he then insisted that he'll give us orange juice(we initially ordered milkshakes while we were waiting for our take-away). We told him that we can't accept that and instead of ensuring that we satisfied he made us wait while he attended to other tables and just stood around the bar. He then started shouting his staff,in front of everyone but luckily for us(well after about an hour) our PASTA arrived. This was our last stop before heading back to Joburg and we were so disappointed because we really looked forward to the whole Angelo's experience that we used to. This is just very very disappointing and after we shared this experience with our friends and family they basically shared the same experiences and complaints about the same Angelo's. This is very sad.
