EXCELLENT SERVICE

<p>Myself, my husband and a friend went to Angelo's in Walmer on Saturday (17/09/2016) morning for breakfast. Service was speedy. We received our food and my friend found a long dark hair in his food. He took it out and when the waitress returned, politely gave her the hair and advised that she tell the kitchen staff to just make sure it doesn't happen again. <br />She returned to apologize and gave us coffee on the house. The manager then approached and apologized as well and ensured it not to happen again. We were given his meal free.<br />I feel that the way they handled the situation was excellent. We didn't make a scene and expected nothing like this in return. They were on the ball and ensure that their customer was always happy.</p> <p> </p>
