Pathetic service

Visited the restaurant earlier today around 12h00. Never have I experienced such poor customer service. No welcoming at the door to be seated even though the sign by the door says " Wait to be seated"., We were simply ignored and eventually I had to call on one of the waiters for assistance and she told me to look for a table and seat. Wow...excuse me? Then , I obliged and I fin d a table but it was filthy like a few empty ones. And once again , I had to call on the assistance to clean up but she only removed the plates and she disappeared. Waited for 5mins, still no attendance, no cleaning and sanitizing of the table. That's when I decided to leave and go elsewhere where I got the best service at Wimpy next door. This was a shocking and disgusting experience. No care for customer service excellence, ignoring customers, taking long to service . Customers were literally having to get up their tables to get menus or to go call for help and enquiring about their orders that were taking long. And not forgetting the bad attitude from their waiters. But this shows that there's poor management and leadership at this place. This is the busiest time of the year and yet they had few waiters on the day for the shift. Even with that said, they could have handled the situation better if there was leadership. As a holiday visitor in Gqeberha , I was so very disappointed. I will never again set foot at this place nor will I recommend it to anyone. The service is pathetic!
