Great food but phone line issues

Thank you to the staff and 2 managers who I assume are brothers. They always so helpful and the food portions are great. Just a few suggestions, your phone is often not working so please try fix that. And I do take aways very often on a more than twice a week basis, please make sure the staff pack all the food. Often something will be missing. Other than that I give you five out of five stars because they quality of food is great. Thank you
