Bad service and attitude from the manager

Went to the establishment today and ordered a lamb pasta meal, it had a funny sour taste and I alerted the Manager ( Angela)and asked if I could change my order as I was not happy with the taste. She raised her voice and told me there was nothing wrong with the meals but I disagreed with her. She told me if I ordered another Meal I will still have to pay for the first one, money was not an issue here but her attitude was. She even told us we can leave if we want to, I have never been treated like this in any establishment. I payed for both the meals , but I was appalled by her attitude, she was not even apologetic .
