Over charge & no feedback on complaints

I purchased Spekko basmatic rice 20/11/2022 from Angelo Superspar in Nigel. They charged ne R105.99, I drove to Ferryvale Spar in Nigel and they charge ne R50.99. When I complaint. They would have investigate and get back to me. After I contCt them again on Monday and ask why do they not take my name & number? And still no feedvack, but when I walk throug spar today 23/11/2022 they changed price to R59.

Seriously they do not care about their customers or community.
