Bad service

My husband purchased my Audi through Umhlanga Audi last year ( a dealership I will never use again ) and my windows had the smash and grab put on ,THROUGH ANGELO KATER we were given a lifetime warranty card and advised that should we experience any problem to contact them or any Audi dealership ( we are based in Jhb) well my front side windows are Peeling /scratched for want of a better word .My car went in for a service 2 weeks ago and I was advised that they don’t deal with ANGELO KATER , no problem I said I emailed the contact person , ( googled the details) she never came back to me , I phoned them this morning , they advised me they don’t deal with ANGELO KATER DURBAN ???? I was told to phone Alan at the DBN office , I did , he was out, the gentleman on the line asked what the problem was and then sad I was to contact Rob , he gave me a cell no , which just rang and rang , so where to from here , when you have paid for something and get shunted around .."........
