BREAKAGE DEPOSIT NOT REFUNDED !!!!!

Good Day, <br> <br> I booked Angelina's Guest House from the 4 March -7 March 2016. As part of the deal I had to pay in a R800 breakage deposit which was paid along with 50% of the accomadation fee in December 2015 to secure the booking. On the day we departed the guest house, Angie Marsberg the lady I had been dealing with advised that all was in order an I only needed to send through my banking details so she would refund the breakage deposit. I sent it twice via sms and once on email, after a week i received no refund. I proceeded to call her on the 15 March 2016 to find out if there was a problem and to let her know that as per invoice the breakage deposit would be refunded 48hrs after our departure. Which means at the latest I should have received it by the 10 March 2016. She advised that I would receive my refund by Friday 18 March 2016. Still I have not received it and she now she doesn't answer my calls or reply to my emails or text messages. I need to know whats going on!!! Disappointed with service I have received. When I was making the booking she was very helpful but made it clear when payment was due. But know that I due a refund she seems to have disappeared.
