Angela Print (Shaun) - Poorest service I have ever received!

Shaun, from Angela Print, delivered our initial order late and the quality was shocking. The entire booklet was faded. We asked him to reprint, and he agreed, and after waiting 3 times longer than he initially agreed to, he delivered an even poorer quality product. The booklets are falling apart, printed skew, and there were less delivered than what we ordered. Shaun also did not answer his phone or send pictures as he kept on promising he would do. Our company will NEVER use him again, it is an embarrassment to have to hand out this product to clients! Poorest service I have ever received.
