Poor quality work and bad service

On the 16 September my daughter had school photos done at her school. I paid a small fortune this year for a set which consisted of a pillow, key rings, and a few A5 photos. After having waited 7 weeks for the photos I was shocked at the poor quality of the work. They were badly taken (bad lighting), her feet were cut off and then badly Photoshopped. The paper quality used for printing was poor.. One wash and the picture on the pillow case will come off. The key ring should have had a facial photo instead it has a picture of my daughter sitting down and its spot the child in the picture. I sent an e-mail on Wednesday 4th November to Kim (the owner of the company). I received no reply. On Friday I sent her an sms. Still no reply. Monday 9th November I sent another e-mail. I finally got a response saying, \Thank you for the nice (sarcastic) email"I do not have time to reshoot. Send picture back to the school and I will refund. It is obvious that customer service is not important to her. This was my daughters last year at this school and it would have been nice to have some memories of her final year... """
