Poor customer service

Everything advertised there is a lie, because they show you the amounts saying that they running the massage special and the whole building is theirs only to find that they only renting for Spa . Mind you all the information you get it after paying meaning you have to add from what you were actually told about. I was bringing 24 people for massage and I have asked Marelns if some people won’t be able to come will I be refunded? And then she said yes. Now that I have to be refunded I get stories that there’s no refund. The service is bad even their Employees are complaining about them being ******s.
