Terrible inconsistance service

I called them and made a booking, 2 days ago the consult Lewy advised that if I make payment for my booking it will be confirmed, I called in today to advise that proof of payment was sent yesterday and I need to cancel booking. Lewy then said I need to wait for the finance guy to come in. Apon the arrival of Chico the finance guy he advises me they do not do refunds. yet on their system they do not have ANY T's & C's regarding refunds. Their business is just a mickey mouse organization and should not be used for any bookings or events.
