NEVER PLACE A BOOKING AT THIS RANDBURG GUEST HOUSE

I work for a firm that consults with people from other provinces and requires accommodation for them when they are in Gauteng. I duly booked for our guest to stay two nights at the Angel Guest House in Randburg after noting from the website for this Guest House that they currently have rooms available for accommodation (which is false in every respect). 24 Hours after making the booking and providing the Guest House in question with credit card details, I was contacted by an *********** employee who stated that they had no rooms available due to renovations taking place irrespective that they still advertised that they have accommodation available. This employee made no effort whatsoever to alleviate the problem caused by Angel Guest House's false advertising on their website and went as far as to put the phone down on me when I asked to speak to the owner. Never place a booking here because all you will get is bad service and more problems
