Booking and Payment made and then turned away on arrival, still waiting for refund

Unable to really review such extremely unprofessional behaviour. Booking and payment made a week in advance, but on the day of arrival on 7 December, I was advised that they are fully booked. Now nearly a month later and I'm still waiting for a refund. Best stay away!!!!!
