Angel Feeds in robbing business

I placed an order @Angel Feeds, upon delivery my order was short, I phoned and was promised that they will deliver the outstanding. A week went by without a word from them, I phoned and was told a different story now that they need to view footage and the person in charge of the footage is in Johannesburg. Why was I not told this in the first place when I complained and why is it that no follow up was done on their side to let me know that they are waiting for .Now I must make a plan to buy the feeds that they ****** me with. Angel Feeds how this was handled was TERRIBLE from your side.
