We ordered sneakers from them, they use Aramex and Postnet,they mu son which he would prefer to use he said Aramex.We got a call from Aramex notifying that vehicle was hijacked so we have to talk to the sender so they can refund.I reached out to them and they didn't seem to care it was our loss.I asked them atleast to meet us half way since it wasn't both our fault,they stopped responding to my messages, do not take my calls.i asked since we had ordered a combo atleast they should send my son one pair since it's for his matric ball and I could not afford another pair, there was no response.i was ****ed and asked how they could be so heartless it all fell on deaf ears.they took our money and we didn't receive anything.
