Unproffessional

I was not impressed with this hotel .Firstly my husband and i booked a 2 bedroom apartment and paid for it in advance .To my surprise an hour before check in the receptionist called us to casually inform us our aprtment is not available for use anymore .She informed us of a flooding in the particular apartment ,funny enough we were not even shown that flooded apartment.My dissapointment was i was travelling with 2 kids and my husband .My son had to now sleep in a seperate room by himself which made me feel uneasy and him not happy .My daughter a 2 year old was stuck in one room for r nights away from her sibling .Im very dissapointed with this hotel .And to top if all up the wifi does not work in the rooms ,if you wasnt to access the wifi you have to go all the way downstairs .The swimming pool was empty and nobody told us of this until we arrived but the adverti*****t mentioned swimming pool was available for use ,that is mis advertising on the hotels part . I would definately not recommend this place for family visit as you will end up the same way we did .
