Tshegofatso’s bad attitude

I am currently a resident at the resort and Thegofatso st reception desk is very rude and unprofessionak. My husband had ordered food from hotel restaurant while we at the pool side , he then asked me to go collect the food but warned about Tshegofatso who is making it difficult for the resident to enter the reception area. I went into the reception area asked for Tshegofatso if I can go into the restaurant to collect food, she asked for a mask. I then asked if i can buy one and she can put it unexpectedly my room bill, she said the management locked them in when they knocked off which didn’t make sense, I went back to my room to get a new mask, twi min later she gave some lady a mask🙄🙄🙄 like why would she do that.

When i left the reception are she and the friend which I didn’t see the name tag laughed and Tshegofatso said doesn’t matter what I do or say I will not enter the restaurant. And my husband is not the only person who had warned me about her. Some lady in the pool complained about her.
