Shuttle service offered by Anew Hotel Hilton PMB

I booked to stay at the Anew Hotel Hilton PMB from 30 October 2022 till 4 November 2022 With the booking they offer the option to book a shuttle service to and from the airport. Be aware that nowhere it states that you need to pay for this service and that it is actually not the hotel that offers this service but an outside company.

When I arrived at the airport on the 30th of October there was no shuttle service to collect me and I had to book an Uber to come collect me.

On the 4th the shuttle service was there to collect me and on the way the driver said by the way you need to pay me cash for the service.

I could have booked an Uber for R 190 to the airport but the shuttle service charged me R 300.

When I contacted the Hotel the front office manager said to me well the website does not say it is a complimentary service so it is my problem.

No one at the hotel ever said to me that I need to pay for the service or how much it will cost .

They will never see me again
