Rude security guard

What a great hotel, I booked for my friend to celebrate her birthday and everything was amazing not until we had to go back from an outing. We were told to use the small gate as the main door was closed, we had to wait for a couple that was checking in just then. The security guy I think bongani who was helping us was rude!! I told him my name and room number but he insisted that we wait outside he even closed the gate on me and my Friend I was terrified cause it was at night and it was cold.. He needs to treat cllients with respect!. I booked at the one in Pretoria I'm really not happy with that insident please fix your system when it comes to identifying guests when they come back late!
