POOR SERVICE @ ANEW HOTEL OCEAN REEF ZINKWAZI REFUSE MY REFUND DUE

*** booking ref of 5 July 2024.

This Hotel at Zinkwazi beach front at Stanger, we booked for 5-6 Jul 2024 under the above ref number and we paid double price, because they said they did not receive the first payment. Now we asked for our refund the following week and comp**** with all admin process since 10 July 2024 and sadly until today we have not got our refund of R1 924. We have been emailing a Charlene Gopal whom promised us to be paid our refund on the 26 July 2024 and she is not responding to our emails. This is total wrong and poor service and we want our money back SAP, we will also expose them on all social media platforms as they operate like unprofessional ****a shop.
