Poor service

What a horrible experience. We hosted a seminar at the venue. Everything seemed to be okay until the day before the event. Changes were made to our agreement without my knowledge. The food was cold, the ****tails were just horrible, the service was poor and when you ask the waiters anything their answer is "I don't know." And what annoyed me was that I had to ask for everything, some things were not readily available.
