Poor Management

Poor management. A group of 8 of us stayed at the Casa Da Sol hotel in Mpumalanga. I reported a very noisy airconditioner from another room in the late afternoon. By 11:33pm the problem was not resolved despite me again reporting it to the night manager. The result was no sleep for me for the whole night.
