Parktonian hotel is a total ****!

I'm very say and shattered. Over a year ago I purchased a property in the Parktonian that was managed by Protea Hotel at the time. I found out via social media that it was changing and now named as Anew hotels. I bought as an investment and this has been the worst financial decision I have ever made. I have sent countless emails and made countless calls. The only person to speak to is Samantha who is apparently the owner's daughter and finance boss there. I have spoken to her a couple of times and she refused to move past me opening a municipal account so they could pay. Over 3months ago I sent her the statement and she has never responded ever again. I keep getting sms that the bill is not paid. I pay my bond every month, no returns as ler income pool that I signed for and no returns that were promised for each year. This person is never available and apparently she is the total boss of the hotel and cannot be report to anyone else for the inefficiency and financial impact they have on the owners. The Parktonian is a total **** as they just wanted people to pay bonds while they run the hotel and the income just goes to themselves and their family. Very disappointed as a single mother raising two kids, I have to pay for a big company to continue operating while they totally disregard every single effort on my side to get clarity on what is going on. Can someone please assist in telling where to report this, I'm desperately need help as I cant stop paying for my bond due to NCR regulations and credit score effects.
