Not reimbursed for my booking

18 of us were booked here last week for two nights Tuesday and Wednesday and because the money was paid late to them they did not want to check us in, I had to beg them because we were all there they refused I felt that I couldn’t send all the Hon back because we were there to work I ended up using my money to pay over R55k. They promised to refund me the following day when the money appears in their account, I only went to the reception on Thursday morning when we were checking out they took my card that i used to pay and they said the refund is done. Today is Friday my money is still not in my bank account I have been calling them everyday and they kept on promising that it will appear and it’s over a week now. It’s so disrespectful & disgusting how they are disregarding this matter. They are so unprofessional!!!!
