Not impressed at all

Besides the fact that the pool was dripping water infront of the front doors i was still excited to stay at this hotel but soon all excitement died. The reception could not tell me of any specials online, i was not connected to the wifi yet as I had to book the room and then get log in details so i could not check. I paid R1800 for a room a could have paid R1200 on booking. dot Com. I paid R50 for parking and the security allowed my husband access after the reception told me he may go park. My husband could not Use the lift without the access card which i was still waiting on at reception. I couldnt ph my husband as there is no signal in the ba*****t so we were searching for eachother for awhile. We needed something to drink and the bar downstairs was closed and no vending machines either. We had to take a walk to hitel next door and use their vending machines. None of these things were an issue until i was in the shower the next morning and heard what i thought was a fire alarm. I got so scared and we left in a hurry only realising afterwards thatmust have been the check out alarm. This caused my entire day to be unpleasant as I had to deal with this alarm making me nervous and causing my mood change.
