HORRIBLE SERVICE!

I was so dissatisfied with the service at this hotel in Centurion PTA. From arrival until check in on the 17/08/2024 - 19/08/2024 we were given rooms that were recently painted when walking in you get so overwhelmed by the smell. However they were able to change our rooms after complaining about the smell. In the morning I requested for an iron at 9am I only got it at 11:30, room service and maintenance told me they don't have enough irons at the hotel, they have no fridge in the rooms and no microwave. We went for breakfast, everything was dry and dull but we ate because we were hungry, not many options offered for R240 fee for baffet breakfast per person. Went out for lunch with my family we had braai meat. Came back to the hotel with some left over meat, decided to go warm my meat at the restaurant only to be told we are done a favor because they don't warm food that's not made by them. I asked where am I supposed to warm my take away as a guest? I was told to ask management, which was not present at the time, I was told they will be in at 6am the next day. I am still shocked by all this service and treatment as a paying customer who booked 2 nights at the hotel.
