Disappointed

As a person who has booked previously with the ANEW group both in hluhluwe and zinkwazi, it's always been a place I recommend for dates and stays to friends and family. But this past Saturday at ANEW zinkwazi what poor service especially with the meals... Both the snack at the pool for the kids and the dinner where cold a small portion and had little to no vegetables what so ever the dessert being the worst. The sad part was we brought our kids along for the first time and all 4 of us agreed never again. Regretfully it was a horrible stay as it got colder we added blankets to our beds even the blanket made my feet itch not sure if it was lack of fabric softner or what. But I eventually decided to remove all the blankets...

Sadly we won't be returning. In comparison to the same group but hluhluwe branch they could learn a thing or 2
