Bad service

Bad service. I always do my booking on booking.com and never experienced any problems. I have done a booking in this hotel and when I get there, they show me a paper with my booking on booking.com but they say it hasn't reflected on their system. I booking I have done 2-3 weeks ago. Waited 2 full hours whilst I waited for my name to appear. I asked for the bathroom while I waited but was told by the receptionist we cannot use the facility before check-in. I had to call the manager for assistance. I did not even get the rooms I booked for because it was occupied. I got 2 standard room which are dull. Everything was bad
