Bad service

We are currently staying at the Anew Hotel in hluhluwe and the service is not what we were expecting. At check in desk this afternoon was a nightmare. They don't know what they are doing and first mentioned they will match the price for our existing booking as we decided to stay another 2 nights. Then asked for R400.00 more. I went online with bookings.com and paid for less than the 1st 2 days, I get that but then don't promise that rates will be matched. At dinner there was 1 or 2 issues. Then at 20h30 we receive 2 calls from 2 different front desk clerks asking whether they should cancel the one booking?? Really???
