Bad Service

Greenpoint Branch This Hotel doenst even deserve a star from me. Ive been to the hotel on the 12 August 2023. Booked and payed in full on Bookings.com. Upon arrival to the hotel I was told that the payment did not reflect on their side and were told to make another payment( I then made cash payment) which will be reimbursed when eft payment reflect their side.

On 14th Aug 2023 I started getting in contact with the Hotel regarding my money. Ive been getting the run around from this people up until today 21st August 2023 with no payment yet.
