ANEW HOTELS - UNFAIR TREATMENT

I had made reservations for 2 Family Rooms telephonically at ANEW Vulintaba Hotel in Newcastle. One of the reservation number is *** [***]. When making reservations, I was told that I could pay on arrival using my credit card. On the eve of my arrival [25/07/24] I received an email that my reservations were cancelled due to non-payment. When I enquired, I was told that the hotel had sent me an email about a payment which is absurd as payment would have been made on arrival. So we were kicked-out of the hotel, just like that. Unfair treatment and very unprofessional!
