Anew hotel roodepoort bad service

I've never been so disappointed by ANEW HOTEL in Roodepoort. on the 10 June 2022, was a date night for me and my wife so I told her about a local hotel in our local lets s go there for dinner. what a disappoint. 1. front desk staff where so unprofessional, we stood there for more than 10 minutes until I decide to approach that we here to have dinner, the lady just said to me yes you can seat down where ever you want. shocked I was. 2. we sat ourselves down and waited for someone to attend to us but northing happened for over 20minutes. my wife got irritated and she said lets go, I tried to come her down but she was enough already. we then stood up and went to the front desk to tell them we have been seating for over 20minutes and no one has attended to us. what is surprising is the staff where in the front desk having conversations. only when I told then we leaving they wanted to apologies and give us the attention. as someone who is the hospitality industry I am so disappointed to the highest degree.
