Anew hotel is terrible

The food is horrific. I was at the Anew hotel in Greenpoint, the coating on the wings seemed liked they we Made in hell. My room smelled like cigarettes. I had to change rooms the next day. Went as a day visitor at the Rustenburg hotel. The food was horrible, we had to fight to find a waitor.. I used to be fond of the Anew hotels but it has gone to terrible service, terrible food and the workers are trying so hard to make it work but the way the management/executive have changed things have made this place a regret to visit. Is it possible to give a negative zero review?
