A Horrible Place to book with

Made a booking with Anew resorts, payment was supposed to go off today. Ban called me at midnight to confirm payment, but the bank couldn't reach me and therefore payment did not go through, I called Anew within hours to make payment and they said my booking has been cancelled. My family and I have been planning for this trip for months, now we have no Christmas trip. Anew is horrible and inconsiderate
