Bad service. Unprofessional

Horrible and not professional. Signed contract and rented my car for 7 days. The car came back a day late. Times where I was trying to get hold of the guy I couldn't reach him . Meaning if something happened to the car I wouldn't have known timely. When I asked about the penalty fee for the car being late he told me to ask the guy who took the car and sent me his number. 😫 Worse my car came back with damages which till today is 6 days later he doesn't respond to my messages. My car is damaged and he didn't pay me for the extra day he still rented his client my car. Now I have to be following him around. So unprofessional and An Ameture. 🤬🤬💔
