Ignore explicit instructions!

<p>I ordered a Tonneau Cover for my Ford Ranger Supercab bakkie from Andycab in Epping, Cape Town on Wednesday 8th March. I was explicit about the size (i.e. Supercab), sent proof of payment (50% deposit), added a photo of a Supercab bakkie, typed "SUPERCAB" in bold letters. On Thursday, I was requested to send another photo of my bakkie so that they could ensure the correct size. I sent a side view photo of my Suprecab bakkie. I was contacted on Monday that my cover was ready. I made a 10 o'clock appointment to have the cover fitted. At 1045h, they were ready to fit the cover. Soon afterwards they came to let me know that they had a cover for a Double cab, not the Supercab and that I should make another appointment to come in again (from Somerset West to Epping)! I have had to cancel my business trip, as i now don't have a cover to protect my products on the back of my open bakkie! I declined, as I had lost trust in this company and will now rather deaal with a more reputable business. I did receive my 50% deposit back. What a let down and waste of my time!</p>
