AndyCab Canopies have disgusting post sale Customer Service

I bought a new Ford bakkie and fitted an Andy Cab canopy.

At the first service (15 000km) they had to refit and respray my cab due to the horrible fitting.

One month later my cab had a new spot where the canopy damaged the cab.

For a whole year I have been struggling to get them to fix this as I am not allowed to fix it myself due to warranty restrictions.

They (AndyCab) have created and cancelled numerous appointments. Recently I have been corresponding with Hailey, the Somerset West area representative. The most impatient and aggressive person, who cancelled her first appointment, one day before the date she set out and now she refuses to help me.

Her solution to my problem, is that I have to take off work, drive a total of 100km, so that they can do an inspection, Then take of another day off work to bring in the car, plus rent a car for two days on my cost, while they fix the canopy.

I am an agricultural sales representative (driving is my life).

I promise you now, that I will never recommend anyone to ever buy an AndyCab Canopy. I will also make sure that the 380 farmers that I work with on a daily basis all boycott AndyCab.

And don’t bother ever talking to me again, I’ll buy a ZZTops cab, fix my bakkie myself and burn that piece of garbage you sell to people. As this will still be cheaper than taking off three days and renting a bakkie for two more days.
