WORSE SERVICE EVER. ????????

I took my bakkie in for a quotation and ask if the could fix a water leak. I was told they could, so I booked my bakkie in. They sealed it in one day, but they deliver the vehicle without me even knowing the keys was just left at reception. Two days later the water was still leaking took it back again. This time when I received my bakkie my one wheel was flat. I phoned the company to report it and I was told they will call me back now. And till now they still phoning. Two weeks later it was leaking again. I took it back for a third time same thing was still leaking. By now I was getting frustrated because it's the same story. My bakkie went back for a fourth time and I told them to keep it over night and park it in the rain and sure enough it leaked again. I told them to keep it to make sure that they do it right. They had it for three days. I got the bakkie back the next morning it was leaking again. In the space of 6 weeks I had my bakkie there 4 times. I'm ever sorry I went to them. They wasted my time and my money. My thing is this, if you can't do a job tell your clients you can't!!!
