Shocking Product - Glass canopy door shattered for no reason

Shocking product!!!

I parked my bakkie early in the morning in Fourways to go cycling and when I came back to my car, the back glass window/door of the canopy had shattered. There were a number of witnesses including the car guards and virgin active promo people who testified that there was no one near the car and they heard the glass pop and shatter for no apparent reason. I am horrified that this can happen as this could have ended up being very dangerous should I have been on a road trip with my dogs in the back and they jumped out or got injured by the glass. Luckily I had nothing in the back of the bakkie which could have gotten ******. I hope Andy Cab does a full review of their products so that this never happens to anyone as it can be very dangerous. I would also appreciate some sort of compensation or a new glass fitted for free as the excess on the canopy that my insurance charges me is R1100 which is making this an unnecessary expense.
