Extreme poor service with bad attitude at Andy Cab Epping

We bought a canopy from Andy Cab in 2015. From then we had problems with the canopy. It leaks and the lock don't work proberly.

In this two years we went 5-6 times back to Andy Cab to fix the problem. Still the problem is not solve. The lady who handle this had a very bad attitude with us.My husband work for himself and need to take off from work for a day, everytime, to drive to them from Bellville to Epping. All the expensese on US! Friday, 20 October 2017, was my husband there again to fix the rubbers for leakage AGAIN!! The next day the lock was faulty.

We demand that Andy Cab came to us to fix THEIR fault. They refuse and just saying that the warranty has expire.. What warranty?? After numerous phone calls we still don't have a solution... Will never ever do business with them again!!
