Unacceptable non delivery & lack of communication

I purchased online from Andro-st & paid for 3 personal keyring safety alarms at a cost of R636.00 including delivery charge of R69.00. Transaction dated 29 November 2017. It is now December 18th & all I get are broken promises with no follow up apology and very poor explanations for non delivery. I have been assured that the items will be couriered to me on Wednesday December 20th - 3 weeks after payment was made. I am not at all happy with this service & will never recommend Andro-St Consultancy (based in Goodwood, W Cape). I wait with baited breath for the courier to arrive in 2 days time.
