I received an email from Andro-St advertising the Derma roller, which I responded to by ordering the item. They sent me an invoice and order number and requested an EFT payment into their bank account at NEDBANK, everything seemed fine and above board so I made the payment immediately and sent them a payment advice which they responded to and advised me that my order will be couriered within the next 3 days. I made the payment on the 23rd Nov 2017 and I am still waiting to receive my goods. I have made several calls to someone called Glenita at Andro-ST, Unable to get to speak to the owner Christine, who is always busy and can't talk to me. I have now sent them a request for a refund with my banking details and still not getting any response from them. It seems that they are ********s allowed to operate freely on the internet and I feel that the banks such as NEDBANK should be made aware that their clients are **********.
