Took my Deposit and never came to do the work

I paid Andries du Plessis R2000 Deposit to come and do a carport (Afdak) for me. First he came with so much excuses after I paid him why he is not there yet doing the job (The company he bought the steel at are to slow and did not deliver but when I called the steel company they have never heard of him and there was no transaction made on his name, Then he told me after a week no he is going to collect the steel himself at a different steel company, Then after a few days his car broke down and he needs to fix that first) I kept on calling him day after day and no response. He blocked my number and me on fb. Terrible, do not trust this person!!!
