Appalling Service - Never use this Company

Melanie from Andrew's Upholsterers and Manufacturers picked up my six dining room chairs on the 24th of April 2015.<br> <br> An Appointment which she was 3 hours late for..<br> <br> Melanie committed on her own accord to a delivery of Thursday the 23rd of April, and later Friday the 24th of April.<br> <br> This was after my call on Wednesday the 22nd of April.<br> <br> She/they did not deliver on the agree upon dates and did not call to inform otherwise. On Tuesday the 27th of April I called Melanie once more, she now agreed to deliver on Thursday the 30th of April.<br> <br> 12:00pm became 15:00pm, then 18:00 pm etc. I had called in excess of 4 times to confirm delivery which she promised would be done on the day.<br> <br> There was no delivery.<br> <br> It is now Monday the 4th of May and she continues to avoid my calls and smses.<br> <br> This company should not be in business if this is the service provided.<br> <br> PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
